I called the surgery numerous times throughout an entire day and received no response. The telephone line was not engaged, it would ring but there would be no answer. Each call used to ring for approximately 3 minutes before the line ended itself. I made more than 20 calls (thats over 100 calls during the day) each time without actually speaking to someone. I have asked for my medical records but again this has been a non-active request. The service when answered or when I visit the surgery is one of utter contempt and devoid of a caring attitude. Surgeries like this should not be able to operate.
