"Happy to say"

About: Royal United Hospital / Accident and emergency

I was admitted at 12am on Tuesday morning after an ambulance had carried out some checks on me at home and decided it would be best to take a visit. All of the paramedics in the waiting area were very friendly, useful and kept everybody in the loop at all times. I was conscious that I would be waiting for hours; however I was taken to Major 11 I believe within an hour. I would like to state that George, who was my nurse, caring for the 5 other beds around me was so lovely and calming. He kept a smile on his face and made me feel like I was in safe hands. George is an asset to the company and I couldn’t wish to be dealt with any better. Thank you all!

We thank you for your comments about your recent care at the RUH and will forward these on to the Emergency Department team who, we are sure, will be very grateful for your kind words.
