I just wanted to say thank you for looking after my 83 year old mum who presented in A and E after having an SVT and chest pain late last night. She could not speak highly enough of the exemplary care and treatment she received and how kind everyone was. The ambulance arrived 7 minutes after her emergency call and she was also brought home by them too ....I didn’t know anything until this morning so she was in the safe and complete care of the NHS all night ! Derby hospital and all the staff ( nurses doctors and auxiliary staff and ambulance crew ) Thank you x Never under estimate the difference you make. Please pass this on to the staff concerned. I am happy to supply her name so those concerned can be thanked.
