(as the patient),

I had a terrible relapse in a mental health related condition and the GP answered my phone call immediately to the surgery. I was advised to go to A& E which I did immediately. They listened to me and gave me the support I needed at that time. I don’t think I can mention any names but the doctors have been very fair with me which is what I’ve needed to recover my sanity back. I’ve seen the best of the NHS which is why I cannot praise this surgery enough. They work tirelessly with little funding and always put the patients first.
