"Change of dosage"

About: Doncaster Royal Infirmary / Rheumatology

My wife attended the Rheumatology department last week for her annual review of her arthritis problem and the specialist told her to reduce her 3 Methotrexate tablets dosage on a Wednesday evening which she has taken for 25 years to only 2 tablets which she did do. Unfortunately she hasn't been well since doing this but the chemist she would have to wait until yesterday evening (Wednesday) to take any more tablets so she took 3 tablets last night and is much better this morning. She has tried three times this morning to phone through to tell the department but can't get anyone to answer - finally on the last call the phone cut out!
