"Energency appointment for a visitor - excellent..."

I was sent to the surgery by the Minor Injury Unit next door after they had assessmed my asthma problem as requiring medical attention. The doctor was excellent with a good understanding of the problem and he identified a likely lung infection that had missed my consultant when I was discharged from my local hospital. I received the medication I needed to see me through till I visit my own GP next week.Very pleased. Thanks to the NHS. Also great to have a pharmacy next door as we were on foot and not familiar with local bus routes.
