(as a parent/guardian),

We have been using the CHAS at Home service since Autumn 2018 and have just been amazed at the level of care and kindness they have shown our disabled daughter and also to us as parents.  The local team of staff in Inverness are superb and bring joy to our house on every visit. 

Initially it is hard as a parent to step back from the day to day routine that goes with having a child with complex medical needs but the CHAS at Home team just come in and take that weight off your shoulders.  Nothing is too much trouble and it is all done with such care, kindness and they also bring fun and laughter too.

Its hard to put into words how much CHAS at Home means to us but we are very grateful for all that they do for our family.

Thank you for taking the time to let us know how our Chas at Home Team in Inverness have supported you all.

We understand how difficult it is to step back from your day to day routine and have some time for yourself,but I'm so glad we have been able to support you and your daughter and have brought joy and fun to every visit.
