"MINOR INJURIES UNIT: Yes, but..."

I came in with a broken finger and no appointment. I was really surprised by the efficiency as I was seen twice and had X-ray taken all in around 1h. The staff was extremely kind and helpful too. HOWEVER, something wrong with the system if after this great response and with confirmation of a broken bone I am not sent directly to a specialist and have to wait for an appointment 5 days later. Still happy because I would have never obtained the appointment so quickly on my own...
