"unbelievably rude nurse"

I called 111 due to very bad tooth pain was told someone would call back in an hour within 2 minutes someone did i was expecting to get a clinic either near where i live or near where i work i was offered clinics in parts of london and out of london that i was suppose to find my way to at 6pm in the evening no car and agonising tooth pain when i expressed my frustration on such poor service i was told what do i expect for them to open a clinic just for me also when i tried to find out the nearest of the three facilities to get to again totally unhelpful i was told not to ask as she cannot advise being a nurse i thought caring about sick people would be top priority but obviously not i was unable to travel so far out of london and so never went stayed all night in pain with no help as their help was inadequate i cant believe in all my pain they expect me to travel outside of london for a clinic becuase there is no emergency clinics in kent i was told need i say no more
