"Feedback for the last 6 months with Practice..."

In October 2018 I had a chest infection and was later diagnosed with pneumonia by my GP.The treatment I received from October up until present has been so good and I am really pleased to be sharing this feedback. More recently I have been diagnosed with anxiety and post viral fatigue. The continuity of care has been excellent and very person centered. being able to see the same nurse and GP throughout these last 6 months has really helped as we have been able to build a rapport and I've not had to keep repeating my symptoms as they already knew my condition/history. Appointments have always been prompt and on time, and the receptionists have been understanding and patient with me when i have sometimes telephoned feeling quite anxious. My doctor has always listened openly to me and provided advise that I have found achievable,

I truly feel that this has helped me to focus on what really matters and in doing so I have already made positive changes towards my work/family life balance. Thank you Parklands.
