I have been trying for over 2 weeks now to make a complaint about the poor service I am receiving. The staff aren't interested, PALS are just passing the buck to the formal complaints team, who are ignoring me. Nobody bothers answering the phone or checking their mailbox. Meanwhile, my health.....
