On Easter Sunday i was told to go to eps hospital emergency for an eye problem, the staff on reception were so kind, I sat for less than a minute and was seen by the triage nurse who was absolutely wonderful, within 10 minutes she had made a call to St Georges and had a letter for me to take with me to see the eye specialist there, we were seen and sent on our way so quickly that we didn't even need to pay car park. I can't thank them enough for such great care and attention.
