After an app. I was asked to make my next app. immediatly in order to monitor blood pressure and review medication neither was done.A waste of time ?
I realise it is now common practise to insist upon the use of the internet for communication but i protest not only for myself but also for the many other people that feel disenfranchised.The policy is in conflict with the policy of inclusivity.
hypocracy? I have been with this surgery many years and have always found all involved to be polite helpfull & compassionate .
