"Assistance Post Op"

My Mother recently ha d an operation on her foot and has had the same dressing for weeks now. She has tried to get to speak to someone about simply getting the dressing changed as its also now very uncomfortable and causing her pain and she has been given the run-around through triage and misinformation. It now looks like we'll have to get her down to the Wycombe Walk In centre for an uncomfortable wait for a simple dressing change. At 78 years old, this is unacceptable !
