"Removal basal cell carcinoma"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Ambulatory Care

(as the patient),

Had a basal cell removed yesterday after a long wait. Relieved to finally get it off but was nervous as it was on a prominent area on my chest. I cannot commend my practitioners David and Tracey enough, they completely put me at ease, very witty and made an anxious situation into an everyday occurrence. Just a 6 week wait on results now to make sure everything’s ok!

Thank you for taking the time to tell us of your experience. It is great we were able to put you at ease, we are very aware that what is routine from our perspective can be terrifying from the other side.

Hopefully everything is healing well and you don't have to wait too long for the results.

Thanks again

David
