Had such a positive experience of wonderful NHS staff when I visited A and E at tunbridge wells yesterday (sat 13/4/19) with a broken ankle. From the security officer outside who escorted us in/ helped with a wheelchair to the kind and friendly receptionist, triage nurse and radiographer through to the lovely nurse who fitted my boot and fielded lots of questions patiently and compassionately, explaining everything so well. So very impressed with what a great experience it was at a stressful/ painful time. Inspiring people- Thank you!!
