"Treatment here"

About: Finchley Memorial Hospital

The nurses here including a person that was training to be a nurse are phenomenal. I honestly felt like they cared about me and were kind, compassionate, listened to my needs and then stitched my leg beautifully. I did have to wait a while and the receptionist was not very friendly at all. But once you get to speak to someone they are fantastic. My heart felt thanks!!

Dear Mel

Thank you for taking time to leave a review, it means a lot to staff.

I am sorry you found the receptionist was not friendly and hope you will accept my apology on behalf of the hospital.

Receiving your heart felt thanks will mean a lot to staff and they would want me to wish you a speedy recovery.

Best Wishes

Richard
