"Cambridge M1 Ward"

About: William Harvey Hospital (Ashford) / Accident and emergency

Generally good A&E experience although 10 hours wait for Ward admission.

Cambridge M1 is a highly unsuitable Ward with an alarming lack of visibility to the bays from the nurses station.

This should be very concerning for patients at risk of falls.

This is compounded by a lack of communication between staff and with families that results in a generally negative patient experience.
