The problem I have is getting receptionists to actually listen to your problem. I had to ring to see why my online prescription had not been forwarded to my online pharmacy, after I received an email from the saying my script had been sent to my choice of chemist. Trying to explain was impossible I was made to feel stupid and the patronising attitude was shocking. Then was hung up on I did my shout and scream at her. My call back was not answered for approx 9 minutes. After ringing back and withheld number it was answered straight away. Receptionist said I was shouting at her incorrect extremely frustrated yes. So after she said she would reinstate online pharmacy after it had been cancelled (not by me or the online service) no apology or realisation that god forbid yes an error had occurred. The general attitude is to try and humiliate me. I have done as requested and then to be told “did you not think to ring us” why would I when using online pharmacy for delivery to my home. Dreadful .
