"Amazing care in Children’s A and E"

My daughter attended the children’s a and e today with a broken arm. The care and attention she received from all staff was absolutely amazing. She was spoken to as soon as we entered the children’s area and was asked if she was in any pain and was quickly given some pain relief and had everything that was going to happen explained to her by the most kind and caring nurse. My daughter is generally afraid of doctors, nurses anything medical related but because of the staff she was put at ease and smiled the whole way through her experience. When she was having her cast put on the nurse was talking and distracting her making it an enjoyable experience. So thank you to all that cared for my daughter today especially the lovely nurse that made her feel so at ease in an unfamiliar environment.
