"Friendly and Professional"

I have experience of all of the staff at this surgery and have found them all to be friendly and professional. They always make time to deal with my issues and concerns and are willing to adopt different approaches when treatments don't provide the desired results or when I say that I am not keen on a particular approach (such as physiotherapy or counselling).

On the downside, sometimes appointments are not available to book online for 3 or more weeks, though urgent appointments are available to book 'on the day' by phoning first thing in the morning. I have also had poor service from one of the reception staff but others have been exceptionally good at helping me understand results and processes. I would highly recommend this practice.
