"Absolutely unacceptable behaviour"

About: King George Hospital / Accident and emergency

It’s such an unpleasant experience. My wife was bleeding from her forehead and standing infront of the reception. They were just drinking their coffee. After a while the receptionist just said “ What happens” in a very impolite manner. Then asked us to wait. We went to waiting area. Then the lady from the reception said, do know what is red arrow is? I was surprised why she asked such question.

I replied “ Why are you telling me this”

Then she pointed towards a red arrow where it’s written “ wait here”. She could’ve told me that. Wait by the red arrow sign. The reason why I wrote this review. Everywhere In

The A&E the posts are attached to the wall about zero tolerance limit for any misbehaviour. But what will be the consequences if the A&E staff is rude towards a patient.

I will never forget her face. Also her name badge wasn’t visible. It will be much appreciated if anyone can solve this problem. To maintain the standard and reputation of the King Gorge Hospital.
