"Tired, disappointed and still in pain"

About: Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh at Little France / General Surgery Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh at Little France / Surgical Observation Unit

(as the patient),

Appointment with Consultant at 12 midday. Arrived at 11: 50am. Received no info, had BP, pulse and my temperature checked about half an hour after arrival. Heard nothing till 2: 30, vague stuff about consultant busy with a couple of patients. Then told at 3: 30 vaguely that he was in a& e. Walked out at 4: 30 asked them to write when guaranteed appointment is available. Hadn't eaten all day. Was tired, disappoint and still in pain.
