"Excellent 5 Star Surgery!"

About: Quorn Medical Centre

Having retired to the village I moved to Quorn Medical Centre from a practice in Loughborough.

The difference has been amazing.

Booking appointments either on line if not urgent or by phone if it is, couldn’t be easier.

The non-medical staff are so polite and welcoming.

Nurses have been practical and caring.

The doctors have been engaging and knowledgeable.

I think it’s a wonderful practice so have joined their Patient Participation Group (PPG).

The PPG is active within the practice updating notice boards, organising walking groups, holding bi-monthly meetings and organising events.

These events cover a specific subject to help support patients who suffer from the event subject, or carers, or family members etc.

There are usually specialist speakers, the practice doctors, nurses and staff are represented and invited stall holders relevant to the subject support these events too.

Please accept my apologies for the late response.

Thank you so much for your lovely comments.

We strive to provide a good service and having such a proactive Patient Participation Group (PPG) is so beneficial for both the Practice and our patients.

As an active member of our PPG, you are now contributing to our success.

I will pass on your comments to our Practice team as positive comments are such a boost for morale.

Mrs Liz Wells

Practice Manager
