They do not close at 3.45pm they close at 3.35pm and work through the people who have already got a ticket.

I said why not state that you close at 3.35pm instead and was told they do not shut at 3.35pm they close at 3.45pm - but you don't!!!!!

Very annoying when you've paid for parking.

Also with the size of Horsham increasing, why do they shut an hour before Crawley and New East Surrey?
