"I am very happy with my treatment at Golden Jubilee National Hospital"

This is the second time I have come to this hospital. I do not write in any language and my interpreter has helped me to write this note.

This is a very good hospital with good staff and doctors. They are very kind and understanding, they explain everything properly. I am very happy with my treatment. I have not had interpreter help at other hospitals.. I found having a Punjabi interpreter very useful. I could understand everything much better because I could use my own language instead of my broken English - especially when I meet Doctors and went for my operation.

This Hospital has high standards of cleanliness.

The food is fine, but I was not told an Asian menu was available otherwise I would have tried it, but I am not fussy. I was VERY happy to be treated in this hospital.

(This story was read back to the patient in Punjabi after it had been written in English by an interpreter.)
