"waiting for transport"

About: Northern General Hospital

my mum is 90 year old and after a fall in her care home she fractured 2bones in foot had to go to fracture clinic after her appointment we waited 5 hours for transport back in the end I had to phone a friend to pick us up with a struggle as she had a boot on .she also has Alzheimer's not had anything to eat since her breakfast ,I could not leave her or she will panic ,I can't belief that there was no transport available for her .
