"Excellent service from Walk in Centre."

I wanted to feedback about the Knowsley walk in centre and also the service from my local GPs. About the GPs I have problems getting in and out of the car and scraped myself. The Walk in Centre were excellent in dealing with it, I had to go to the GPs for anti biotics but they could not dress it for me. Another time when I went to the GPs for back pains they gave me what I felt to be an inadequate examination which was carried out with my pullover still on. I feel that the GPs have gone from a few Drs who you got to know to a continually changing group. I feel that the few drs who really care do not stay.

In contrast Knowsley have a walk in centre they should be proud of. They are so good particularly with the elderly and the young. I would give it an excellent rating. I go to the Walk in centre every 4 weeks for a skin complaint which gets dressed and dealt with in a caring and professional way.
