"Not so bad i think ........"

i have limited experience of this fairly new clinic recently incorporated into the health centre where I have been registered for many years. It is possible/preferred to book a blood test in advance and to register arrival electronically. A number of allocated, which will appear on a screen in the waiting area, or your name will be called at the appt. time. I have found staff sympathetic and reassuring and also very skilled at administering the tests and I have never experienced the slightest "shortness", much less rudeness, either to myself or to anyone within my hearing. I am personally, more at ease with blood tests in this clinic than at any previous time.
