"Asthmatic child"

I phoned over 130 times this morning as it was busy didn’t even give me the option to press which number I was phoning about, eventually get through at 8.43 to be told no appointments left! I explained I needed to see either doctor or nurse or even the asthma nurse as my child needs to see his doctor to be told theirs nothing they can do and it’s walk in centre, which we will be sat their hours when my doctor knows my child and his needs. Regret changing to this doctors as we can NEVER get an appointment!
