"Queen Marys Sidcup day care unit"

I was booked in for an abdominal operation and was greeted by a friendly member of staff. I was checked on by staff throughout my wait and when there was a delay, due to equipment failure, I was personally informed by the surgeon, who reassured me that I would not be cancelled. The op went ahead and all staff, theatre, anaesthetist etc were friendly and informative. Afterwards I was told they'd repaired a hernia they had found and booked me in for a scan on another issue they had seen..Ward staff were friendly and attentive. Al in all a very good experience from initially seeing the consultant through to the follow up after the operation. Its too easy to complain so I just felt it necessary to write to provide a positive note on my experience.
