"The staff cheer me up"

(as the patient),

We had a really good day at the  Diamond resource centre DRC . It was about women and how good we are. It is always good to go to DRC because sometimes I Feel sad but the staff there cheer me up

Thank you for this feedback about the DRC. I found an important lesson in what you said and I have spent the last few minutes trying to think it through.

People need people. Being with other people helps us to be well. Sometimes we might not feel like it but we do benefit from meeting others.

So thank you for sharing your thoughts on this.

Thank you for this posting.

As you have seen on your visits to our events, all the staff and patients are involved fully,with the planning and actual performances and talks. This gives them a meaningful experience and confidence to come out of comfort zones, we strive to involve as many ward staff as possible when we are planning an event and the whole events are inclusive to all patients, even the ones who are unable to leave wards for whatever reason.
