When I arrived the receptionist was extremely friendly and professional, I had only just sat down when my name was called, the Staff Nurse introduced herself she too was friendly and talked ne through what would be happening, she tried unsuccessfully to put a Cannula in for my sedation, it wasnt her fault it idn't work, I always experience problems. I then sat in a clean waiting area before being taken into theatre, the Doctor and staff in there were also very professional and the next thing I remember was waking up in recovery. After tea and toast I was given the result of my procedure and discharged. I could not fault my visit
