"Excellent, efficient care for my son"

My son had injured his shoulder playing rugby. Our physiotherapist suspected a rotator cuff injury and our GP referred us in to Orthopaedics. We received an appointment very quickly and were seen by the highly courteous and clearly vastly experienced Consultant. An MRI-arthrogram was arranged, which was carried out in a short timescale. We were seen again by the Consultant and my son then had a course of physiotherapy with the specialist shoulder physio. Throughout the whole course, everyone was kind, efficient and courteous. As a Consultant at GRH, myself, I was highly impressed with the service and staff working within it. I can think of no improvements at all. Simply super! Made me very proud to be part of the wider organisation. Thank you.
