"1 hour waiting time"

I had booked an appointment to remove my coil. The reception staff didn’t tell me that the clinic was overrunning and I had to wait an hour for my appointment! Would have given this place a 1 star were it not for the nurses who saw me. They were great - calm, reassuring and professional. They answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable.

We are sorry for your experience. I’m pleased our nursing staff made you feel comfortable and reassured you but you shouldn’t have to wait so long. We are working on reducing waiting times.
