What I liked
The ward staff were very helpful and so were the doctors
What could be improved
Physio should of listened to the patient more than what she did do. She had also taken away my walking stick and given me a zimmer frame which would not fit in the car and was unable to take it home with me.
Anything else?
I know that I will refuse for a member of the physio department to come and help me as they have now left me with no choice but for me to take action against the physio which would include my costs and other costs on top of this.
Unless I get my walking stick back, I will not go back to Blackburn Hospital again in the future for future treatment. I am unable to get around my property as I now have to wait for a OT to get me a pair of walking sticks which is ridiculous. The physio involved in my care which I was a patient on one of the wards at Blackburn Hospital will not be allowed to come and see me if i am a inpatient again in the future.
Physio should not be allowed to take anything which does not beong to this hospital
