(as the patient),

I am totally satisfied with my recent experience with the urology department at the New Victoria Hospital. My appointments (3 in the same day) were made only a short time from the request by my GP. 3 appointments on the same day saved much time and travel.Throughout the day all staff were very courteous and helpful. Considering the circumstance my experience could not have been bettered. Thanks you to all who were involved.
