I was referred to FVRH to have a small blemish removed from my back.

I appeared for my appointment with a degree of apprehension but I was greeted by nurses Kirsty/Pamela/Lauriann who set my mind at rest immediately. I was treated to a very professional explanation of what would happen. I was then given a local anaesthetic and the procedure was soon completed.

Throughout the process I was asked if I had any discomfort and I am happy to report there was none.

I cannot offer any advice on how to improve my experience. When I went to have the stitches removed today the Health centre nurse stated that she had never seen a neater job.

I can assure anyone who has to undergo this type of operation that they have nothing to worry about as they will be in very good hands.

It was a pleasure to receive the response from Kirsty.All to often the NHS is criticized unfairly so it is very satisfying to be able to give praise when it is earned.
