I visited a&e this evening and was dealt with with the utmost repect and care. Although the waiting time was expected to be long and the dept was busy the triage nurse quickly contacted the deparment from which I required a Dr. to ensure that I was seen by the correct specialist as soin as possible. The Dr came quickly (within and hour) and a more senior member of the team arrived immediately when required and sorted everything out for me. The triage nurse proceeded to check on me through to the end of my care including delivery of my medication. Thanks everyone, I couldn't have asked for more.
