"Welcoming staff"

My Mother recently had to under go an operation at Musgrove Day unit, all the staff were very welcoming and listened to what you had to say, even when training new members of staff. My  Mother doesn't like hospitals and is scared for needles, so they listen and changed how they were going to do things, to accommodate  her needs and help her feel more at ease. Both my mother  and myself are very grateful to Musgrove and recommend them to friend and family.
