Over 5yrs I've had hundreds of visits to surgeries and hospitals in the North East of England and Southern Scotland. My experiences have been almost 100% positive with many staff going the extra mile to help. I'm continually impressed at their professionalism, calm attitude and work ethic.

Thank you for taking the time to feedback about your experiences in varying health care setting. We learn a lot from such feedback and it is important that we know when things have gone well and also when things could have gone better in order that we can change what we do if indicated.

Staff strive to provide care to a very high standard and I am delighted that you have been impressed by their professionalism, calm attitude and their work ethic.

Dear Girdy,

Thank you for taking the time to share with us yours and your husbands experience of care within our hospitals. It is great to read that you have received consistently good care across the different hospital trusts and we have the opportunity to respond to you together.
