Having fallen over this week in the garden my elderly mum split her forehead open which was bleeding quite badly.
Upon arrival at the Dilke she was booked in by the lovely receptionist within minutes and very shortly afterwards seen by the doctor and wound delt with.
Seeing your mum injured is not a nice thing but but watching the extremely professional staff tend to her was awe inspiring. Thank you to all concerned.
