"A&E"

About: James Paget University Hospital / Accident and emergency

Attended A&E as last resort after trying and failing to get a GP appointment all week. Amalgamated medical practices have improved patient services. Pull the other one. The treatment at A&E was superb. Very fast. Very thorough ( X-Ray, ECG, vital signs, blood & sputum analysis). A great team working together. An added bonus was a beautiful doctor the sight of whom alone instantly improved my miserable condition. A first rate service delivered by a first rate team. Thank you all so very much. The downside was the 4 hour plus wait to get seen. That's not the fault of A&E staff. Where are the useless politicians and vastly overpaid hospital managers when you need them? If only they performed as well as the lesser mortals!

Dear Roti

Thank you for posting your feedback which I have shared with the teams involved in your care.

Hope you are feeling better.

It is great to hear that your experience of the care received in A&E was first class.

Kind Regards
