To whom it may concern,
I was sent an email on regards to i have discharged and referred back to my gp this is unacceptable as I have never missed any appointments and this will be the third appointment cancelled by the gastric Bypass outpatient team and there has been no reason as to why i have been referred me back to my gp. this is absolutely out of order and I feel I have been failed as I am a over weight female with serious health issues I've been a gastric Bypass patient that's been waiting over one year and a half to be told I have been referred back to GP is just disappointed and a let down and my health is still at major risk.
I would like an explanation as to why I have been referred back to my GP as this is an error on the behalf of the gastric Bypass outpatient team I have an emails to prove that you have cancelled on the day and I have receive a phone call on the day saying the clinic was closed due to staff sickness. How is this my problem I need help with my weight I've been waiting and yet I have been let down with no explanation
