"Thank you"

2 weeks ago on 29/3/2019 I fell ill during a meeting in the city centre. By the time I arrived at the walk in centre I was in extreme discomfort and pain. The receptionist was lovely and dealt with me with empathy and understanding and as soon as I got in triage ( which was no time at all due to how I was presenting ) the nurse was excellent and arranged immediate medication and arranged an ambulance, The full prognosis having attended hospital was a blood clot on my left lung which was stopping oxygen circulating around my body so I'm really grateful of the team's speedy response and the way they dealt with me at this centre. I think we can all complain about the NHS and waiting times etc. however when a real emergency arises NHS staff are trained and professional in how to deal with this and I have only even been grateful of the care I have received and I don't think we as members of the public say this enough. Thank you to all concerned.
