What I liked

I had to attend the A & E department in March, and again yesterday, following a problem with a very rapid heartbeat. On the first visit, I was taken through for assessment before my partner had returned from parking the car, treated very quickly and efficiently and moved to an assessment ward. Yesterday, I waited a short time for triage, was assessed, immediately moved to the resus room (again) and treated extremely quickly, efficiently and in a very professional way by all the staff involved. I have nothing but praise for the way I was treated.
