"Great staff but I have some recommendations"

I have been visiting this location for a number of years and the situation is getting much better than it used to be in the past: I find it annoying that you have to wait there with all kind of women, some shouting and simply misbehaving so I would highly recommend the option of booking an appointment well in advance: whether days or weeks or even months.

I am sure that organising an appointment well in advance would be very beneficial to lots of people with busy lives, whether early in the morning or even at weekends.
