About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Neurosurgery (Ward 64 – 66) Victoria Infirmary / Ear, Nose & Throat

(as a service user),

I visited ear nose and throat physio at Victoria Infirmary at the beginning of March and I was told they were going to refer me to a neurology consultant at Queen Elizabeth hospital - I have phoned the hospital this morning and they advise they can see no referral to neurology on the system - I have tried 4 times this morning to phone 0141 3478090 which is the ent clinic but no one is answering the phone I need to know where my referral is as I feel it will take a considerable time for me to actually get the neurology appointment.

I am sorry that you are having difficulty in contacting the ENT Department. If you phone the Waiting Times Co-coordinator on 0141 211 3017 or 0141 451 5951 they should be able to give you an update.
