"Mom’s stay on ward 23."

I would like to add further comments to the piece written about our Mother’s stay on ward 23 at Heartlands hospital by Treemendous. Exceptional care given by nurses Sue and Julia, nothing was too much trouble to make sure that mom was comfortable. Also thanks to HCA Debbie. However, we did have problems with the attitude of one member of staff on the ward.

Also on one day the noise level was particularly unacceptable, patients were unable to rest because of the non stop din, so different from any other day we were there. Not once, but three times that day we overheard a staff member saying they hadn't done something because the were too busy chatting. Such a shame to have to complain about what was, with this exception, exemplary care given by the remaining members of staff.
