What I liked

the staff were fabulous, they treated me and my family extremely well at all times. My concerns were listened to and treated with respect and the attention i felt they needed. the attention we, as a family, recieved was prompt despite the deptarment being overflowing. the nursing staff and doctors could not be faulted and desrve rewarding for carrying on so well in such busy times. thankfully we left without admission to the hosptial. please please pass on my thanks to the wonderful people i met there on april 26th

please remind these wonderful people that unfortuneately the satisfied people often forget to tell them how well they do but their efforts, sense of humour and spirit makes the accident and emergency department the place it is. Thank you
